TIGAKI BEACH
Tigaki Beach, located to the north of Kos, is a popular destination for tourists with its golden sandy shores and crystal-clear waters. It is not overcrowded and offers water sports facilities. It can be easily reached by bus or car.

PARADISE BEACH
Paradise Beach, known for its clear waters and fine sand, is located at the end of the village of Kefalos. Despite being crowded and noisy due to water sports, it is one of Greece's best beaches. Additionally, there is a seafood restaurant on the beach.

THERMA BEACH
In Agios Fokas, a crack formed in the rocks creates a natural pool filled with hot water. The pool is separated from the sea by rocks and has a temperature of 30-50°C (86-122°F). Admission is free.

MARMARI BEACH
Marmari Beach is a great option for those who love long sandy beaches. The beach offers options such as beach bars, sun loungers, and umbrellas, as well as quiet areas for swimming and relaxing.

ASCLEPIEION
Kos Island is an island steeped in ancient Greek history and mythology. It is famous for the legend of Asclepius, the son of Apollo and the god of medicine, who is said to have taught medicine at the ancient medical school, Asklepion, on the island.

ANCIENT ANGORA
The Ancient Agora of Kos, founded in the 4th century, is a social and commercial hub near the harbor and Nerantzia Castle. Rebuilt multiple times due to earthquakes, its ruins include limestone and marble structures like city walls, a colonnaded street, temples for Hercules and Aphrodite, private homes, and harbor facilities.

NERATZIA CASTLE
The Knights of St. John Castle in Kos Island is constructed using local stone and previous building remnants. It has four circular inner towers and bastions at its corners. Dating back to 1380-1514, it reflects the influence of various architectural styles. The castle museum displays ancient inscriptions, sculptures, and altars. It has been restored by the Italians.

CASA ROMANA
A 36-room villa, discovered in the 1930s, located south of Kos Town, has been restored to showcase life in Ancient Kos. It is adorned with sculptures, coins, mosaics, and frescoes. This villa was built on top of the remains of a previous Hellenistic settlement.

PALEO BATTERY
Palio Pili, an ancient settlement on the island of Kos, was abandoned during the Cholera Epidemic of 1830. At the top of the mountain can be seen the ruins of a Byzantine castle dating back to the 9th century and fortified by the Knights to protect against pirate attacks. The view from the summit is magnificent.

OTTOMAN MOSQUES
Located in the center of Kos Town, these two Ottoman mosques serve as historical monuments, referencing four centuries of Ottoman rule between 1523 and 1912.

ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM
Kos Archaeological Museum, located in Plateia Eleftherias, has an impressive structure with its sculpture collection from the Hellenistic, Roman and Venetian periods. There are unique works such as mosaics, sculptures and ceramics from the Asklepion area and the Hippocrates statue.

KOS OLD TOWN
Kos Old Town has a charming walking path with high-quality tourist shops. Traditional goods such as linen shirts, leather sandals, chess sets and olive wood spoons are sold here. Among the modern buildings there are Byzantine and Medieval buildings. There are also taverns near the bus stop.
